Physical symptoms:

I am experienced in treating a number of health challenges including a variety of musculoskeletal issues, back pain, sciatica, head aches, migraines, tennis elbow, asthma, stress, immunity etc. Often I treat these issues with in person treatments, in some cases I am able to provide or advise solutions as part of my online coaching work.


Food is medicine and you are what you eat! We are made up of 100 trillion cells, each produced from the foods we eat. Gut health is crucial, especially if you suffer from diarrhea, constipation, chronic fatigue or insomnia, brain fog, skin rashes, mood swings, parasites etc. I teach you how to work out what foods your body wants so you develop the ability to eat intuitively, planning a healthy diet rotating foods to reduce inflammation, how to combine foods, removing toxins, do's and don't's, what to avoid, advice on supplements, help with identifying and removing parasites and fungi. Empowering you to make healthy choices and allow your body to guide you to what it needs, not what you think it should have.


Assessing your breathing and if necessary training you to breathe in a way that allows more oxygen in and properly circulated around your body. Breath is life and how we breathe has a big impact on our energy levels and health.

Postural correction:

Poor posture can impact organs and glands because they are dependent on the space to flex, bend and pump. I assess vision, jaw function, cervical alignment, spinal positioning, pelvic alignment and gait. I teach you corrective techniques, exercises and how to stretch your right muscles the right way.

Energy & exercise:

To do what you want you need to have to have sufficient energy to do it. It can be easy to deplete ourselves of our own life force energy and leave ourselves drained if we do not know how to harvest and cultivate our own energy using good posture, breathing, diet, life style and the right kind of exercise.


Depression, anxiety, and a variety of emotions can use a lot of our energy and attribute to serious health problems if we let them. Control your mind and you control your reality. There are many different forms of a meditative practise, its about finding the one that works for you.



Answers to questions I regularly receive about my coaching

Do you work with overseas clients? How does this work?

Yes I have found it very effective using Skype or Zoom when coaching clients overseas. It also allows the client to be comfortable enough in their own environment for us to be able to work through any deep-rooted traumas or challenges.

Do you work in person as well and if so where are you based?

Yes, I am presently based in Romsey, about 9 miles out of Southampton in the Uk. I coach and also treat from Romsey, a clinic in Southampton and sometimes do home visits. In person treatments with me may consist of one or more of the following: Acupuncture, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Chakra balancing, crystals.

What will our time together look like?

My approach is very client specific and much of my time is spent anchoring to your needs before proposing the way forward. Every client completes detailed paperwork covering issues, challenges, life goals, lifestyle and dietary habits, pains, medical history etc. Each client is taken through a very comprehensive assessment on posture, breathing, movement, energetic imbalances and stress levels which can take anywhere between 2-5 hours. Each client is taken through the coaching process and given a number of handouts, homework, nutritional plans, exercise programs, energetic and mindfulness exercises based on your needs.

Our initial session will take between 90 minutes to 2 hours with follow-up sessions being typically 60-90 minutes every 3-6 weeks.

Is there a minimum coaching period?

Yes, the minimum coaching period is 10 hours. It usually takes a minimum of 10 hours to gain the necessary depth of assessment, work with you and to give you the tools you need to get a lasting result. For treatments it depends on the condition but I usually recommend a minimum of 3.

I know I need to work with you, but I don't know if I can afford it?

One of our greatest challenges in life is the willingness to invest in our own mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Life often seems to get in the way!

Knowing this I offer installment plans, the goal is not adding stress to your life so we can work together to facilitate change.

I have worked with many doctors, personal trainers and alternative therapists without any success for my challenges, why are you different?

Most practitioners are usually skilled in one or two modalities and therefore find it difficult to see the bigger picture. As I am multi-disciplinary it allows me to interpret the root cause of the symptoms you maybe experiencing.
